VIOLET GREY accepts returns on most unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase to ensure your vanity remains curated with the industry's finest essentials. Please note that certain items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in the original VIOLET GREY packaging, ensuring all products are secure and include their original componentry.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our curation team receives and inspects your return for quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
